Annual General Meeting

The Canberra Ocean Racing Club's annual general meeting was held on 21 Aug 2010. The meeting was well attended by members, and a fine dinner was enjoyed afterwards. At the meeting the following committee was elected:

President: Rick Scott-Murphy
Vice presidents: Bill Leslie and Paul Jones,
Secretary: Jim Buchanan,
Treasurer: Peter Wain, and
Members: Frank Lehman and David Holt.

2010 Winter Sailing Programme

Namadgi set out on her 2010 winter cruise at the end of May, and, after spending some time cruising New Caledonia and the Loyalties, sailed on for more cruising in Vanuatu. It is planned to return to Cairns at the end of Sept 2010 for some cruising in Queensaland waters, before returning to Sydney in November.
